| Service Pricing | Free: no charge. Starter, Pro, and Team monthly and annual plan pricing and prepaid credit pack pricing are displayed on the billing page in the billing currency selected for your organization (currently JPY, USD, or EUR) before purchase. Enterprise pricing is available by custom quote. For customers resident in Japan, Japanese consumption tax (10%) applies and displayed prices are tax-inclusive regardless of the billing currency selected. For customers resident outside Japan, the service constitutes the provision of electronic services (電気通信利用役務の提供), and the place of supply is deemed outside Japan under the destination-based rule; as an out-of-scope foreign transaction, it is not subject to Japanese consumption tax. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy | You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Upon cancellation, your paid plan features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

| Prepaid Credit Packs | Prepaid credit packs are one-time purchases available to customers on a Starter, Pro, or Team plan (in sizes of 100K, 500K, 1M, or 5M events). They are applied to events that exceed your monthly event quota, and the remaining balance can be viewed on the billing page at any time. Payment is charged in full at the time of purchase, when the Stripe checkout completes. Credit packs expire 180 days after issuance. If you cancel your paid plan and revert to the Free plan, the balance is retained in our database but cannot be used, because the Free plan has no credit-consumption mechanism; the balance becomes usable again once you subscribe to a Starter, Pro, or Team plan, provided it has not passed its 180-day expiry. If your account is deleted, any unused balance is forfeited and not refunded. Prepaid credit pack fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. |
